Palladio Mouldings Inc. (“Palladio”) uses SMS and MMS messaging to facilitate business communications with customers, employees, contractors, installers, suppliers, and other business contacts who have agreed to communicate with Palladio by text message.
Purpose of SMS Communications
SMS and MMS messages may be used for project coordination, scheduling, installation information, site communications, delivery coordination, technical support, requests for information, photographs, project status updates, and other business-related communications.
Palladio does not use this messaging service for unsolicited mass marketing.
Consent and Opt-In
Individuals may opt in to SMS communications by providing their mobile telephone number to Palladio and agreeing to communicate with Palladio by text, including by verbal agreement, written agreement, or initiating a text-message conversation with a Palladio business number.
Providing a mobile telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional or marketing messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Palladio.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending upon the nature and duration of the applicable project or business communication.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending upon your wireless carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to an SMS message or contact Palladio Mouldings Inc. through www.palladio.com.
Privacy
Information collected through Palladio's SMS service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
Palladio may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.

Verbal SMS Opt-In Procedure
Palladio Mouldings Inc. may obtain verbal consent from employees, contractors, installers, suppliers, customers and other business contacts who need to communicate with Palladio by SMS regarding an active project or business matter.
A Palladio representative uses the following consent language:
“Palladio can communicate with you by text message regarding project coordination, scheduling, installation information, site conditions, photographs and other project-related matters. Message frequency varies depending on project activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Our SMS Terms are available at https://www.palladio.com/sms-terms and our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.palladio.com/privacy-policy. Do you agree to receive these project-related text messages from Palladio Mouldings Inc.? Please answer yes or no.”
If the individual answers yes, the Palladio representative confirms:
“Thank you. You are enrolled to receive project-related SMS messages from Palladio Mouldings Inc. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.”
If the individual does not provide affirmative consent, Palladio does not enroll the individual in SMS communications.
